In this Privacy Policy, personal information refers to personal information defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act, namely, information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in such information (including information that can be easily collated with other information to identify a specific individual), as well as information containing personal identification codes.
When acquiring personal information, we will specify and publish the purpose of use as much as possible in advance within this Privacy Policy or on each service website. We will handle personal information in accordance with the published purposes. The purposes of use of personal information obtained by our company are as follows.

We implement controls over entry and exit to areas where personal data is handled, as well as restrictions on devices brought into such areas, to prevent unauthorized access to personal data. We also take measures to prevent theft or loss of devices, electronic media, and documents containing personal data, and ensure that when such items are transported—including within the office—personal data cannot be easily identified.
We implement access controls to limit the scope of personnel and personal data databases that can be handled. We also deploy mechanisms to protect information systems handling personal data from unauthorized external access and malicious software.
We will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from customers, except where disclosure is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws and regulations. However, the following cases shall not be considered as provision to third parties as defined above:
When a customer requests disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, we will confirm that the request is made by the individual and disclose the information without delay (if the requested personal information does not exist, we will notify the customer accordingly). However, this shall not apply in cases where we are not obligated to disclose such information under applicable laws and regulations. We handle requests for disclosure, etc., in accordance with the following procedures:

②Method of verifying whether the requester is the individual or an authorized representative
a) If the requester is the individual, verification will be conducted by the person in charge of the inquiry desk using identification documents listed below.
b) If the requester is a representative, verification will be conducted using documents confirming both the individual and the representative relationship (voluntary representative, legal guardian, etc.), as well as identification documents of the representative.
c) Identification documents (copies of official photo IDs issued by public institutions) include:
a.Driver’s license
b.Passport
c.My Number card
d.Residence card or special permanent resident certificate
d) Documents proving the relationship between the individual and the representative include:
a.For a voluntary representative: a letter of authorization stating delegation of authority to receive disclosure results
b.For a minor guardian: family register or certificate of registered matters (issued within the past 6 months)
c.For an adult guardian: certificate of registered matters (issued within the past 6 months)
d.For a person with parental authority: family register or certificate of residence (issued within the past 6 months)
If a customer requests the correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) on the grounds that such information is inaccurate, we will confirm that the request is made by the individual and conduct the necessary investigation without delay within the scope required to achieve the purpose of use.
Based on the results of the investigation, we will make the appropriate corrections, etc., to the personal information and notify the customer accordingly (if we decide not to make such corrections, we will notify the customer of that decision).
However, this shall not apply in cases where we are not obligated to make such corrections under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws and regulations.
f a customer requests the suspension of use or deletion of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) on the grounds that such information is being handled beyond the scope of the previously disclosed purpose of use or was obtained through deception or other improper means, or requests the suspension of provision (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of provision”) on the grounds that such information is being provided to third parties without the individual’s consent, we will confirm that the request is made by the individual.
If the request is found to be justified, we will promptly carry out the suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision of the personal information and notify the customer accordingly.
However, this shall not apply in cases where we are not obligated to take such measures under the Personal Information Protection Act or other applicable laws and regulations.
