Ryouken Okuni

After graduating from Waseda University, he joined Visional (formerly BizReach) as a software engineer. He developed an interest in AI through AI-related projects on the HRMOS recruitment management system and received a company-wide award in his second year as a new graduate. After leaving the company, he founded Natee Inc., focusing on creator-driven social media marketing, and was selected for Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2021.

CTO (Director)

Msaki Ogawa

Graduated from Keio University in 2001. After joining an SI company, he worked as an engineer engaged in development. He went on to serve as a service owner and business division head at major companies such as Yahoo Japan and Recruit Holdings. In 2018, he joined Vector Inc., where he led the end-to-end establishment of the company’s engineering organization. He later became independent, supporting business development including digital transformation, and was appointed CTO of Akatsuki AI Technologies Inc.

COO (Director)

Daisuke Asato

Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Economics, in 2016. He joined Recruit Co., Ltd. as a new graduate, where he was responsible for HR consulting for large corporate clients. He provided a wide range of consulting services, including system implementation support, helping client companies solve their business challenges. In 2019, he joined Natee Inc. as a founding member. As a director, he led organizational management and recruitment for a team of over 50 people, growing the business from zero revenue to a scale of JPY 2 billion.

CAIO(Executive Officer)

Masaru Murata

Graduated from Keio University. He joined NEC as a new graduate and received the President’s Award. He later founded a business focused on RSS distribution services, and with support from Digital Garage, concentrated on developing enterprise systems. Subsequently, as a founding member of GMO Coin, he led the development of a cryptocurrency exchange from the ground up. In July 2025, he was appointed CAIO of Akatsuki AI Technologies Inc.

CRO(Executive Officer)

Yu Takahashi

After graduating from Meijo University, he joined NTT Data, where he worked in new business development sales for major manufacturing clients. He later gained sales experience at global software companies such as ServiceNow, Qualtrics, and Box, before joining an AI startup as Head of Sales, where he contributed to taking the company public. In October 2025, he was appointed CRO of Akatsuki AI Technologies Inc.

CHRO(Executive Officer)

Natsuki Udagawa

After working as a passenger service crew member, she transitioned into HR at an IT company. She went on to serve as Head of HR and HR Director, gaining experience across organizations ranging from SMEs to large venture companies. She later became independent, providing consulting services focused on recruitment strategy and employer branding for both new graduate and mid-career hiring, primarily for IT companies. In January 2026, she was appointed CHRO of Akatsuki AI Technologies Inc.
