Akatsuki AI Technologies Inc. (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ryoken Okuni) announced that, effective January 14, 2026, the company has changed its corporate name from “AI Talent Force Inc.” to “Akatsuki AI Technologies Inc.”
This corporate name change reflects the company’s evolution from a business model primarily focused on dispatching AI engineers to becoming a company that provides end-to-end support for AI-driven business transformation (AX: AI Transformation).
The company will comprehensively support corporate AI adoption across areas including generative AI, AI agents, and Physical AI — from strategic planning and data infrastructure development to implementation and deployment.
In addition, this rebranding represents the Akatsuki Group’s commitment to fully entering the AI business sector.
